Routine inspections
Routine inspections are a quick check on the home, not a test. Here's what to expect when I visit.
Written notice, every time
You'll always receive written notice before a routine inspection, so you're never caught off guard.
360 photos of the home
I take 360 photos to record the condition of the home. That record protects you as much as the owner, because it shows how you have looked after the place.
A good time to mention repairs
If something needs fixing, tell me at the inspection. You don't have to wait for one, though. You can report a repair at any time.

How often I inspect
Your first routine inspection is about 6 weeks after you move in. After that, I inspect every 3 months. WA law allows a maximum of 4 routine inspections in any 12 months, and I stay within that.
Before each inspection I'll let you know in writing. If the time is tricky for you, get in touch and I'll talk it through with you.
Reporting repairs
Spotted something that needs attention? Mention it at the inspection, or log it in your Ailo app any time (here's how). For anything urgent, call me on0429 493 976.
