Being a tenant in the perth rental market can feel like a bit of a bloodbath. However its been a breath of fresh air dealing with Phillipa the owner of redfern realty. As a tenant i dealt with philippa directly. She always answered the phone and replied to emails on the day I sent them. She was very professional and I could tell she genuinely cared about myself and my familes well being. At the end of our lease I could see Phillipa was actively trying to get the best outcome for her owner and myseof the tenant. A hard thing to juggle she seemed to do so effortlesly.
