Switching to me
Unhappy with your current agent? Switching takes three steps.
Your tenant's lease stays exactly as it is. You don't need their permission, and you don't need to wait for the lease to end.
Step 1: Tell me about your property
Send me the details, or call me. I reply within 1 business day with an honest read on your rent and your current set-up.
Step 2: I handle the notice and handover
Once you sign with me, I send the notice to your current agent and collect the file, keys, bond details and inspection reports.
Step 3: I take over from the agreed date
I introduce myself to your tenant in writing, and from then on you deal with me. That's it.

I've spent over 15 years in the real estate industry, including new build investment homes and working directly with builders.
I started Redfern Realty to do property management properly. I manage every property myself, here in Perth's northern coastal corridor. You get one person who knows your investment, knows your tenants, and tells you the truth. That's the whole point.

Can I switch property managers in the middle of a lease?
Yes. Your tenant's lease and your management agreement are two separate documents. Switching managers doesn't touch the lease, so your tenant stays on exactly the same terms and you don't need their permission. All that changes is who they pay rent to and who they call when something needs fixing.
What are your fees?
Every property is different, so I take owners through my fees personally rather than publishing a price list. Get in touch and I'll explain them, and everything is set out in writing in the management agreement before you sign. No surprises.
How quickly will you get back to me?
I reply to every enquiry within 1 business day, and you always deal with me directly. No call centre, no passing you off.
Do you offer a leasing only service?
Yes. I handle everything from advertising the property and vetting tenants to putting a legal lease in place, collecting the bond and two weeks' rent, and completing the ingoing report. Then I hand the property back to you and transfer the bond into your name. More about leasing only.
