Every property is different, so I don't publish a one-size-fits-all price list. Get in touch and I'll take you through my fees myself, with everything set out in writing before you sign anything.

The services I offer
Full management
Rent tracking and statements, tenant communication, maintenance followed through, rent reviews against the Perth market, and routine inspections with 360 photo reports. Plus the Ailo investor app.
Leasing
Pricing, professional photography, a complimentary 360 walk-through, advertising, viewings, rigorous tenant screening and a legal lease in place.
Leasing only
Everything in leasing, plus bond and ingoing report, then I hand the property back to you to manage. See what leasing only includes.
