Isn't switching from my current agent a hassle?
Less than you'd think. Your tenant's lease stays exactly as it is, and you don't need their permission. Once you've signed with me, I send the notice to your current agent, collect the handover file and introduce myself to your tenant. Most landlords are surprised how little they have to do.
What will it cost me?
The appraisal is free, with no obligation. I take owners through my fees personally, and everything is set out in writing before you sign anything. Just ask me when you call.
Will I actually hear from you?
Yes. I reply to every enquiry within 1 business day, and you deal with me every time. You can also see live updates, rent payments and inspection reports in the Ailo app whenever you like.
How do you make sure I get a good tenant?
Every applicant goes through rigorous screening before I put them in front of you. Then I stay on top of the tenancy with routine inspections and 360 photo reports, so small issues are dealt with early. I check ID, rental history, references and income, and run a National Tenancy Database check on every applicant.
