Redfern Realty is a licensed WA property management and appraisal agency (Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978). We collect personal information to deliver our services, including:

  • Rental application information (income, employment, rental history, references, identity documents)

  • Property details and appraisal-related information you provide

  • Website usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically via cookies

 

We collect this information directly from you (via forms, phone, email, open home registrations) and automatically when you browse our website. You are not required to provide personal information, but without it we may be unable to deliver our services.

  • Process rental applications and manage tenancies

  • Market rental properties on advertising platforms (e.g. REIWA.com, realestate.com.au)
